CONSUMER INFORMATION ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, as currently in force, SENSORY FRONTAGE – LDA informs its clients/users that, in the event of a dispute arising from the acquisition of digital content or services through the This Is Portugal platform, the consumer may resort to one of the Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entities, which are listed below.

1. ADR Entity

As the Company's registered office is located in Lisbon, the consumer should preferably contact the arbitration centre of the respective judicial district:

2. National-Level ADR Entity

For disputes that are not limited to the Lisbon area, or by the consumer's choice, the national-level centre may be consulted:

3. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In the event of a dispute relating to online purchases, and for cross-border disputes, the consumer may also submit a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, accessible at the following web address:

4. Duty of Information

The Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, recognised under Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, are responsible for resolving consumer disputes covered by the said law.
